Insurance Info: My practice is private pay, meaning I do not file insurance claims. I can provide you with a statement and your insurer may partially reimburse you. Please check with your insurer to verify coverage for outpatient mental health services with out-of-network providers.
Medicare: I am not a Medicare provider. If you have Medicare and would like to consider being a client, Medicare requires us to enter into a private pay contract, which indicates that you realize Medicare will not pay for or reimburse you for my services.
Medicaid: I am not a Medicaid provider. If you have Medicaid and would like to consider being a client, not only will Medicaid not pay or reimburse for my services, but they will not cover any medications prescribed by a non-approved/Medicaid enrolled provider.
