All patients should communicate using the portal's messaging feature or by calling the office. Portal messages will receive the highest priority. We do not work outside of business hours and there is no on-call coverage, so if you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are unable to use the patient portal, you may contact Lee Anne at [email protected]. Your email provider may not enforce encryption, therefore we request that you do not include PHI (Protected Health Information) in your email. We use an encrypted email service for email we send.
Confidentiality
All information discussed in the course of treatment will be treated as confidential, except in instances when the client becomes a serious threat to self or others, when mandated by the law, or upon an insurance company’s request for information regarding reimbursement of fees.
